FMIC was formed in 1975 as a professional real estate asset management, marketing and property management company providing services to a stellar list of institutional clients, including The Philadelphia National Bank, National Life of Vermont, New York Life Insurance Company, Dime Savings Bank, Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company and Home Life Insurance Company. Originally founded by Robert Holbrook and Christopher Kliros, FMIC began to evolve into a broad spectrum real estate investment and development company when it began acquiring and developing commercial real estate for their own account.
