Sunset Investors is a diversified real estate company consisting of approximately six different related companies. An Architect/Engineer on staff provides design development. The construction division has its own crew of skilled carpenters to better maintain quality and schedule. The sales staff of Realtors then provides sales and leasing. Projects include custom condominium projects, apartments, mini-warehouses, office and warehousing office space build-out.
