The Kirven Company, LLC is a local, commercial real estate firm. We serve the business real estate needs of tenants and property owners in office, retail and flex properties. Our tenant clients have ranged from attorneys, dentists and doctors to engineering firms to technology firms, including one of Atlanta’s fastest growing technology firms, and virtually every industry in between. Our landlord clients have ranged from local owners to institutional owners (see portfolio tab). We are relationship oriented and place our client’s interests above our own. We are willing to advise our clients not to pursue a transaction if circumstances do not favor our client’s interests. This principled philosophy has led to many long-term and repeat assignments.
