In 1990, Drew Pattyn spearheaded the creation of a separate commercial division of Kaiser Real Estate Corporation to serve our clients. The Northern Commercial brand was formed to offer a unique specialization for the rapidly expanding Indianapolis northside commercial real estate market. Over the past 30 years, our company has expanded our geographic service area throughout the State of Indiana.
