Venture Properties owns and manages commercial real estate across Oklahoma, Arkansas and Colorado with most assets located in Tulsa. Most of the retail centers are tenanted by locally owned businesses and anchored by a large grocery or regional hardware store. The company’s interests also include the MK&O Ranch, a commercial cow-calf operation in the Flint Hills of southeastern Kansas, oil and gas exploration, and various limited partnership real estate investments.
