The company's investment strategy centers on developing build-to-suit and multi-tenant logistics facilities in prime locations near major European cities with access to highways and multimodal transport corridors. In 2025, VGP achieved €338 million in pre-tax profit and €468.3 million in annualized committed leases. The company secured a landbank of 10.3 million square meters representing over 4.3 million square meters of development potential, with 75% of its development pipeline pre-leased.
