In 1988 Richard and Nancy Zieman formed Zieman Commercial Properties putting their design and construction experience (from past businesses) to use for others. Since then, Zieman Commercial Properties has purchased/renovated existing buildings and has constructed new buildings meeting needs of tenants needs. After managing customer relations for a De Pere business, son Ted, a 2005 St. Norbert business graduate, became property manager and President for Zieman Commercial Properties. He started the De Pere division and has purchased properties not only in the Greater Green Bay Area, but also in Greenville and Sturgeon Bay. Richard and Ted (being the two main managing partners) have always had the philosophy that fulfilling a tenant’s needs is the most important part of their business. Both have a hands-on property management style. They like to have extensive communication with tenants in dealing with issues that may arise. Both take pride in the maintenance of the properties.
