The calculator uses industry benchmarks to estimate total size, including space for private offices, conference rooms, kitchens, and reception areas based on team size and preferences.

Included in Your Estimate

Your final result includes a size range: the base estimate plus a 20% buffer to account for layout flexibility and future growth. Below your results, you'll see a breakdown of what's included, and can search matching office spaces near you. When you click the Search Spaces button, you'll be taken to a listings page that's prefiltered to match your calculator results.
