Travel Bans, Limited Face-to-Face Contact Complicate Negotiations
Paul Owers joined Homes.com in 2024 and covers the U.S. housing market from Atlanta. A South Florida native, he covered residential real estate at the Sun Sentinel from 2005 to 2017. He wrote about the region's housing boom and bust, the worst downturn since the Great Depression. Paul has owned four homes, including the bungalow in which he was raised.
