Locally, Mr. Roberson has overseen the sales of development sites in Streeterville, South Loop , West Loop and River West including the sale of the Parkview Phase II development site, subsurface garage and parkade located at Peshtiigo Ct. & Illinois St. and a development site at Ohio St. and Fairbanks Ct.
Mr. Roberson also served as Director of Dispositions and Finance. His responsibilities included negotiating dispositions of $200 million of commercial property, managing debt origination on assets of approximately $50 million, and underwriting asset development scenarios and business plans. Additionally, Mr. Roberson served as Assistant Vice President where he analyzed and placed permanent loans and equity placements including joint venture and subordinated debt.
