Window Blinds: Seller will install window blinds in all suite windows in order to maintain exterior continuity of appearance. Blinds will be hung in place and bagged. No window blind substitutions will be approved, although interior draperies may be installed by Buyer. Water Service: Water service will be made available to each suite. If Buyer installs water for any reason, a water sub-meter will be required to be installed at Buyer’s expense. Demising Walls Between Suites: The Buyer initiating construction shall construct one side of the demising wall(s) including studs and one side of drywall. The second Buyer shall provide sound attenuation and one side of drywall between each suite. The Seller shall provide one side of the demising wall between the common corridor, common bathrooms, the elevator and the suites. Suite Signage: At Buyer’s expense.
