Littleton Distribution Center is located on Route 2A in Littleton, Massachusetts. This location offers easy access to Interstate 495 and the Mass Pike. The project is the only newly constructed tiltup concrete building designed around the needs of a regional distributor. The building offers 32' clear height, ESFR sprinklers, one door per 8,000 square feet of space, and a full loading dock package including seals, lights, levelers, locks and a concrete loading pad.
The entire project consists of a total build-out of 840,000 SF comprised of two buildings at 480,000 SF and 360,000 SF , as outlined in the site map. Phase I (240,000 SF ) was completed in the fourth quarter of 2004 and Phase II (an additional 240,000 SF ) was completed in the third quarter of 2008.
A fully permitted site sits adjacent to the existing building and can accommodate build-to-suits up to 360,000 SF
