Property Overview
Born from a Franco-American collaboration between the agencies Khon Pedersen Fox Associates and SRA, the Dexia Tower was completed in 2005. This 43,000m² tower, with 38,500m² dedicated to office space, stands 142 meters tall and has 32 floors. In 2016, the tower underwent extensive renovations and was renamed the CBX Tower before being acquired by Hines in 2019 through its management company Hines SGP, acting on behalf of a consortium of South Korean investors (Hana Financial Investment and Daishin Securities) represented by Korean real estate manager Vestas Investment Management. In 2024, 3,000m² of service spaces are being renovated by Toit & Moi. The CBX Tower offers flexible office spaces starting at 1,500m² and provides numerous services to its users. On the 31st floor, a Sky Lounge is dedicated to service, collaboration, and well-being, and can be privatized at no cost for internal events or client meetings. The building is managed by a Building Manager who oversees reservations for service spaces, including an 80-seat auditorium. Occupants can also enjoy a 250m² rooftop terrace. The tower’s dining services are provided by Arpège Paris. Committed to international environmental standards, the building has received BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level, a bronze medal in the CUBE 2024 competition in the "Repeat Participants" category with 16.5% energy savings, and a gold medal in the CUBE FLEX 2024 competition in the "Repeat Buildings" category thanks to a 56% reduction in energy consumption during EcoWatt alert hours.
