Greatland Realty Partners acquired 1040 & 1050 Waltham Street in the spring of 2019. At the time of acquisition, the nearly six acre site included a low density 1980’s vintage office complex located in the heart of both the central 128 office market and the Route 2 life science cluster. Greatland Realty Partners sought a zoning modification to demolish the existing buildings and replace them with approximately 180,000 SF of new construction life science space.
