The Broadway Theater District is within walking proximity to numerous retailers, restaurants and amenities and is conveniently located next to major freeways and public transportation. Since the opening of Acne Studios and Urban Outfitters on Broadway in 2013, a whirlwind of new retailers has surfaced in the area. The Ace Hotel, OAK NYC, BNKR, Tanner Goods, Aesop, and A.P.C., as well as a number of highly coveted restaurants like UMAMI Broadway, The Stocking Frame and LA Chapter have revamped the Broadway Theatre District and have given way to a burgeoning retail community within the downtown market.
The Proper Hotel and London-based Hoxton Hotel will add to Broadway’s boutique appeal seeing as it is the most dynamic thoroughfare in Downtown. The demand for creative office and retail space, true to Broadway’s storied heritage, is at an all-time high in 2016.
