Verizon Wireless signed an original 10 year lease, with three five-year renewal options. The lease is classified as modified triple net, as the tenant is directly responsible for all common area maintenance, insurance, taxes, snow/ice removal and all landscaping. There is a rent bump in the base term of the lease in January 2024, and additional rent increases in each of the five-year options.
