This workshop space can be accessed through a large roll-up door (10' H x 12' W) on the right side of the building, at the end of a driveway. Owner is open to installation of an additional roll-up door to facilitate direct access to the laydown yard on the building's left side. Owner is willing to share cost of repairing existing workshop air conditioning system, which is not currently operating. Owner is also willing to consider flexible lease terms and negotiated reimbursements for site improvements.
