The City of Auburn is the county seat of Placer County, northeast of Sacramento, California. Set in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Auburn started out as a Gold Rush town back in 1849. This bodes well for the Sierra West Business Park as it is occupied by Auburn’s largest office tenant, Placer County, which regularly occupies space on long term leases and rarely relocates.
