Phoenix Industrial Park is a modern, 12-acre warehousing facility that in the center of Eugene, Oregon. We have approximately 185,000 square feet of enclosed, secure warehouse space for lease.
The site has multiple rail spurs with access to both the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern & Santa Fe railroads. Some of our warehouse units have both dock-high and rail doors. Other warehouses can accommodate grade-level loading and have access to a shared loading dock. All warehouses have a minimum of one roll-up door to accept freight deliveries or to allow for covered loading.
Most warehouse units are steel, engineered buildings with clear spans of up to 175-feet. And, they have a clear ceiling height of approximately 22-ft to accommodate high-pile racking systems.
Every warehouse has either a wet- or a dry-line sprinkler system for fire protection. All municipal utilities are service ready, including both single- and three-phase electricity. Broadband internet connections are available from several ISPs and fiber-optic service is available through Comcast.
The property is fully fenced and gated (after hours.) Tenants use personal, magnetic, entry cards which gives them 24/7 access to the property.
