Two options:
1-Someone who can provide the necessary funding to finish the build-out process as an investor or a business partner and share the space to sell our products out of there.
2-Someone who can buy the lease and plans for key-money and open their own restaurant. I can provide consulting in the process to complete the project. Key-money amount can be discussed in person.
