THE 13250 GROVE SITE is currently vacant land. Owner is building an attractive 7,500 SF retail building on the site for a new 5,000 SF Highland Bank branch and a 2,500 SF RETAIL/OFFICE USER. THE 13370 GROVE SITE is currently a Highland Bank branch, on SE Corner of Weaver Lake Road/Elm Creek Blvd will be moving into 5,000 SF of the 7,500 SF building being built at 13250 Grove. The existing building will be demolished and a new beautiful 12,000 SF RETAIL CENTER with a drive-thru on one end of the building that will be built.
