Acquired for $12 million, 13290 W Sweetwater Avenue is designed to accommodate one to four tenants with availabilities divisible to 100,000 square feet and custom-designed office space.
This facility will offer a 36-foot clear height, 84 dock doors, 12 with 30,000-pound mechanical levelers, two drive-ins, 7-inch floor slabs, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting, and 3,000-amp, 277/480-volt, 3-phase switch gear with two 1,000-amp tenant meter sections. Power Upgrade in process for 6,000-amp total. The site provides a 185-foot, fully fenced, secured truck yard with 103 trailer parking stalls and 466 automobile parking stalls.
