Power upgrade in process for 6,000 amps total. The site provides a 185-foot, fully fenced, secured truck yard with 103 trailer parking stalls and 466 auto-parking stalls.

Surprise Pointe Commerce Center is strategically located near the transportation corridors of US 60, Interstate 17, Loop 101, and 303, serving Phoenix, Las Vegas, Tucson, Albuquerque, and all throughout Texas. The property is a 30-minute drive from the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), which provides over 2,000 jobs for people in Arizona. For freight solutions between the western and eastern United States, the BNSF Railway Phoenix Intermodal Facility is 15 miles away.
