We also provide secured underground parking. The total height of the structure is 130 feet. The construction of the Building is Type I featuring structural steel, moment-resisting frame with metal floor decking and 3 inch concrete fill. The lobby flooring is a combination of black granite and carpeting. The walls are painted with accent colors and the elevator lobby is wallpapered to define the space. Cherry wood finishes are used throughout the lobby. One Bay Plaza's bay front location provides exceptional water views on every floor, most of which offer vistas of downtown San Francisco to the north, south, and east Bay, all of which offer stunning vistas of landings and take-offs at SFO.
