I am a media artist, have moved about 45 minutes away and hardly use the space anymore, but after loving it so much for the past seven years, would love to keep it and want it to be enjoyed. From time to time I will still need to arrange with the lessee(s) to use the space for occasional meetings. We can certainly collaborate on furnishings if needed to accommodate the lessee(s).
