A former shoe-polish factory, the Foundry has been redeveloped into a beautifully light and spacious work, that is RIBA award winning, and BREEAM rated 'Excellent'. Opened in 2015 as a Centre for Social Justice and Human Rights organisations – located close to Palace of Westminster and other Government departments, the building is a joint venture between Trust for London, Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, The Barrow Cadbury Trust, LankellyChase Foundation and The Ethical Property Company. Our office space is set over four floors ranging in size from 12.5m² to 238m², and is home to over 25 organisations. Facilities include a staffed reception, communal breakout areas including four external terraces, kitchen and bathroom facilities on each floor, and full IT and telephony support. There is no fixed minimum term on our rental contracts.The notice period relates to the size of the rented office, and will vary from 2 – 9 months.
