Coworking Space Property For Lease

we have about 6,500 sq ft of office space in total and we are looking for somebody who would like to share the building with us. All common areas would be shared and open for use; conference room, kitchen, seating areas, lobby, game areas, patio, etc. We are proud of the fun vibe we've created and we'd like to find a small company who would fit in well with our team! Right now we have up to 9 cubicles available OR if if you'd prefer we would be happy to move our games/seating area furniture and give somebody that side of the office to create their ideal work space in. We are open to ideas, we just want to find the right group of individuals. We enjoy having group lunches occasionally, and would like to find a group who would be interested in being social or at the very least, saying "hi" when passing in the hall. Our office has a keg, shuffle board, cornhole, and a Foosball table we'd be happy to share. The future tenants would have full access to the building 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We want whomever moves in to feel like this is just as much their office as it is ours. The ideal future tenants would be fun and social, yet respectful. Not bothered by occasional office chatter or background music. Good senses of humor, not overly sensitive or easily offended. Great communicators and easy to co-occupy the space with. Extra consideration to those who enjoy a good cigar from time to time (our CEO sometimes likes to entertain on the patio with cigars occasionally), Really know their way around a BBQ, or could beat our COO in a game of cornhole. We don't have a set price per square foot because there are so many 'shared' areas, however we are fair and don't expect somebody to pay half of the rent if they're only using 1/4 of the space. So depending on what you're looking for/ how much space you'd like (or offices or cubes), our CEO will work with you to find a fair amount.
