Facility & Property The parcel of property consists of approximately 22.44 acres most of which is fenced and features paved parking. It is located in Laurens County Industrial Park. The property is well-drained. The production facility contains approximately 60,000 SF of which 7,200 SF is a two-story office at the front of the building. The office portion features 10’ ceiling height, dropped acoustical ceiling with recessed fluorescent lighting, sheetrock walls, carpet and tile flooring, and central HVAC. The building has a metal roof and primarily tilt-up concrete walls with the exception of the bricked façade located on the front (office) portion of the building.
