Eastern Beltway is 3.5 miles south of McCarran International Airport and 6 miles from the world famous Las Vegas Strip. The center is anchored by Sam' s Club, Walmart, Home Depot, Ross, Office Max, Petco, and Home Consignment Center.
Eastern Beltway is located in the unincorporated area in the Las Vegas Valley known as Paradise. Paradise is home to the McCarran International Airport, the University of Nevada, and most of the Las Vegas Strip. In addition, Silverado High School is adjacent to the center and has over2,320 students in attendance. Paradise has also been named the 2nd most populated census designated place in the United States.
One of the Nation' s top selling master-planned communities is located 7 miles east. Mountain' s Edge was ranked #7 on the Top Selling Master-Planned Communities of 2013 list. The community is still growing with more than 10,000 homes already sold. Upon build-out it will be home to 12,500 units in 60 single and multi-family subdivisions.
