A 12 story, Art Deco building designed by master-architects Walker and Eisen in 1929. The firm also designed the Fine Arts Building (1925), Beverly Wilshire Hotel (1926), the Alexander-Oviatt Building (1927), and the United Artists Theater (1927). The Clock Tower was the first “skyscraper” in the city, and it remains the 2nd tallest office building in Santa Monica. In 2004 a comprehensive building renovation brought 21st century upgrades to building systems and infrastructure, while preserving the timeless Art Deco lines.
