This is a multi-tenant, multi-use building on Main Street Belgrade Montana, one mile from the states busiest airport and directly enroute to Big Sky Ski Resort and the Yellowstone Club. The building has historically been a local bar but is now remodeled and repurposed to be a retail/office space on the main floor and a 3-bedroom apartment on the upper level. The apartment was remodeled completely in 2017 and the front 1400-square feet of the lower level was completely rebuilt in 2017 as well. New AC, heat, electrical service and flooring were installed in 2017. Belgrade is a booming community due to the high cost of housing in neighboring areas like Bozeman many families are choosing Belgrade. Schools are good, the small-town atmosphere is appealing. I currently have a boxing club interested in leasing the space and improving the space while paying a reduced rent of $750 per month which is not reflected in the income figures presented here.
