We are looking for tenants for sublease on two available sections we have in our store front location on McHenry. Sublease pricing will include provided cable tv on one tv in main building, internet, water, ac, and electricity. Looking for tenants who provide services for phones, tablets, printers, electronics only. No laptop or desktop repair services allowed. We are looking for payment only for the space rented. Front space includes large desk/counter shown in images. Back office is completely empty and would have to be furnished yourself. One monthly payment from renter (you) includes electricity, ac, TV, internet, water, security system, etc.
