Steve Berger is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Brokerage Group in Dallas. His extensive professional experience includes tenant representation, leasing, sales, built-to-suit, land, and consulting for Fortune 500 companies on both a national and local basis. He has completed assignments on over 65 million square feet of space encompassing over $1.2 billion in total consideration including deals recognized locally as "Deal of the Year" including Callaway Golf NA DC, Kubota NA HQ, GE Transportation locomotive manufacturing facility and Pepsico/Quaker distribution center.
