Steven Berger, Executive Vice President
Steve Berger is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Brokerage Group in Dallas. His extensive professional experience includes tenant representation, leasing, sales, built-to-suit, land, and consulting for Fortune 500 companies on both a national and local basis. He has completed assignments on over 65 million square feet of space encompassing over $1.2 billion in total consideration including deals recognized locally as "Deal of the Year" including Callaway Golf NA DC, Kubota NA HQ, GE Transportation locomotive manufacturing facility and Pepsico/Quaker distribution center. Hallmarks of the strength of the service to his clients include creativity based on the depth of his vast experience and attention to the details and strategies throughout the process of a real estate transaction.

Mr. Berger’s areas of specialty include logistics/public warehousing, manufacturing, high tech assembly/production, and general distribution.
