Executive Summary
The Mesquite Lake I-3 (MLI-3) land use designation is for the most intense, heaviest type of manufacturing, processing, or fabrication facilities. It also allows "permitted" uses from the MLI-1 and MLI-2 categories, provided they are compatible and meet the standards of the plan. Processing or fabrication in these areas is allowed to be conducted entirely within a building or outside of a building, provided the facility does not emit fumes, odors, dust, smoke, or gas beyond the confines of the property upon which the activity occurs, nor produce significant levels of noise or vibration beyond the perimeter of the site. Certain specified agricultural uses would also be permitted.
Property suitable for data centers, industrial refrigeration, power production and most other heavy industrial zoning use.
Production tax credits, carbon tax credits and investment tax credits available.
