Very cool vintage space that's been gutted and upgraded. The one thing to note is there is no off street parking that comes with the building. The previous operators were able to get their CO due to having agreements with valets to get them the required spaces they need. But being across the street from light rail, walking distance to tons of new class A, and it's great location between midtown/montrose/downtown -- plus the fact that more and more of the 'uber generation' doesn't drive anyway, means this shouldn't be an issue.
