Boston Weir, Managing Partner
Throughout Boston’s career he has worked all facets of the brokerage business including leasing, owner/user and investment sales. The product types he has spent the majority of his focus on are multifamily, industrial, retail, land, urban re-development and adaptive re-use properties. Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Boston worked for several boutique CRE investment and brokerage firms while attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. Boston has completed over 500 lease and sale transactions, equating to over 10M square feet of space and over $750M in total deal consideration.
When Boston is out of the office, he is a sports fanatic and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys rooting on his favorite Minnesota sports teams, and of course, his beloved CU Buffs. In the rare occasions when he is not working on real estate deals for his clients, he enjoys cooking, golfing, fishing, skiing, camping, hiking, hoops and spending time with friends, family, and clients. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
CJ Toohey, Broker Associate
On a personal level, CJ hails from Lafayette, CA. After graduating from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN in 2017 with a B.A. in Business Finance, CJ made the trek out to Colorado where he lives with his girlfriend and two German Shepherds. When he’s not making you money in commercial real estate, CJ likes to wind down by reading, cooking, being a foodie, trying new activities, and spending time in the mountains.
Patrick Henry, Managing Partner
His years at Fuller and Company, Cassidy Turley, and Cushman and Wakefield were an invaluable learning experience where he was mentored by some of Colorado’s leading real estate minds. During that time, he invested in his own developments and income producing assets. His resume of work includes building a hotel in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, owning and renovating apartments for his own portfolio, building mixed use projects, and entitling land for various uses.
His entire career formed what is now HRE Holdings and Development. The many relationships and vast array of experience has provided an intimate working knowledge of development, construction, management, and finance.
