This facility was custom designed for Volvo Rents in 2007 and offers facility improvements rarely found in industrial properties. With almost 4 acres of flat, totally fenced space, there is more than adequate space for any type of equipment storage and parking. The service area provides three drive-thru bays with 12x14 doors, as well as as totally open 2,700sf end bay for maintenance. A covered wash station (with water, sewer and sand/oil interceptor is total separate from the maintenance facility. A containment island capable of handling up to 2,500 gallons of fuel and oil in three separate tanks is also totally separate from the maintenance facility. There is 3,200sf of office space, including lockers, shower, and restrooms. The facility is serviced by 3 separate electrical panels including a 400amp, 200amp and 125 amp. In addition, the complex has an extensive solar electric system which is capable of providing up to 8,000 kWh per month.
