PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Originally designed and purpose built as a stand-alone enterprise data center for Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN), this facility was commissioned in 2010 and has been meticulously maintained by Hines since. The GC on the build, Holder Construction, is the nation’s leading DC contractor building over 250 data centers in the last decade alone for such companies as FaceBook, Digital Realty, NTT, CloudHQ and Capital One. The data center is a ~65,000 SF on just over 4 acres of land, served by two, 10,000kVA (20,000kVA total) feeds of redundant utility power providing eight (8) MW of gross utility load. The data center currently has one operational data hall that is 10,000 SF of raised floor that has hundreds of cabinets and rows of in-row cooling and PDU's already installed. A total of 4500 kVA of UPS infrastructure installed (2.25mw of 2N power for each hall). There is an additional 10,000 SF data hall that is powered-shell-ready complete with raised flooring installed. The facility also hosts 3,000 SF of office space and 42,000 SF of MEP equipment, loading bays and storage space. Lease all or part of this Data Center.
