About the Office Park, "The Vineyard" The suite is located in an office park called “The Vineyard,” designed and built in 2006. The architect/designer is renowned in Silicon Valley and still has his main corporate office in the location. (In other words, he and his team are satisfied with their location despite having many other buildings to choose from.) The office park is well maintained by a professional property management company. About the Rent The “full service" rent includes almost everything, such as electricity, janitorial, property tax, water, or security alarm system with monitoring, etc. Not included is Internet service (fiber is available). Additional Details Solar panels are on the roof, providing electricity to the space (making the space “more green”). We prefer a lease of three or more years but would consider a shorter term. The rent rate shown (of $4.25/square foot) is for a three-year term. As of August, 2018, the minimum rent term is six months. A shorter term such as six months would likely cost 5-10% more. If you have "special circumstances," like the desire to move somewhere short term and then possibly renew for a longer term, please explain your special need.
