The Chicago Transit Authority is seeking interested parties to bid on the lease of retail concession space located at the Gerber Building/Wilson Red Line station (4620 N. Broadway Street). This 13,239 square foot space represents a unique retail concession leasing opportunity within a newly-revitalized CTA station at the southern gateway of the historic Uptown neighborhood.
Bid Due Date: June 9, 2017.
The Chicago Transit Authority is making substantial improvements to the Wilson Station. The ongoing $203 million Wilson Station Reconstruction project is one of the largest CTA L' station projects in the agency' s history and it includes substantial work to the Gerber Building. Prior to the project, the Gerber Building served as the primary entrance to the Wilson L' station. After the project, a new station on the south side of Wilson Avenue will serve as Wilson station' s primary entrance.

A.Gerber Building at the Wilson Red Line Station (4620 N. Broadway): The Gerber Building is located at 4620 N. Broadway Street (the northwest corner of the intersection of W. Wilson Avenue and N. Broadway Street) in the Uptown neighborhood on the north side of the City of Chicago. The property is located at the CTA' s Wilson Red Line station. The retail concession space within the Gerber Building consists of a rentable area of 13,239 sf.
