The Gateway Commons mixed use project, located next door to Whole Foods on El Camino Real, will be developed by Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Lennar Homes. The project will feature approxi- mately 12,000 s.f. of retail space fronting El Camino Real, part of which is currently occupied by Vitamin Shoppe. and JoABank's men's clothing coming. The retail space will afford the opportunity for outdoor patio seating and will have access to grade level and below-grade parking for customers. 167 luxury new apartments, and 38 for- sale townhomes will be built and will be situated behind the retail space. Delivery of the retail space and residential units is anticipated for 2014.
