500 Pearl Street is a new $70 million mixed-use project being developed in downtown Buffalo. When completed, the project will include two restaurants, a bar and lounge, a 110-room hotel, six meeting, conference and banquet spaces for 300 400 people, a fitness facility, an indoor pool, the Road Less Traveled Theatre, apartments and Class A office space. The project will also include a 380-car parking ramp providing convenient, on-site parking. The project is currently under construction with phased completion of the various uses expected to be completed between July and September of 2018.
