The old VFW building is being revived! This building has tons of nostalgia, character, and space. The dining hall of the former VFW is approximately 2,100 square feet of wide open space. Old school wood floors and wall accents, with 1.5 story tall ceilings. There’s lots of room for creative potential and growth. Extra room off of the dining hall creates a private office space and a total of 2,300 square feet. Extensive options for storage space in the basement, access to a courtyard, potential options for commercial kitchen use. Bathrooms are currently being updated to be modern and gender neutral. Bathrooms are located in a common area shared with the front bookbar (Tardigrade’s Bookshelf) and commercial kitchen renter.
