ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The goal of this call for projects is to identify future tenants interested in establishing their businesses in two commercial spaces located at 53 Rue Vilgénis, Massy 91300, in the heart of the future green eco-district of Massy Vilgénis: one space of 119 m² and another of 185 m². Rez-de-ville, a subsidiary of Paris Sud Aménagement, aims to strengthen the offering of local shops and services to create a vibrant and enjoyable city. To achieve this, Rez-de-ville is launching this call for projects to provide diversity and complementarity at the heart of the Vilgénis neighborhood. This mixed-use neighborhood combines residential areas, educational and sports facilities, and commercial spaces, fostering interaction between these elements. The daycare center, preschool, elementary school, and recreational center located on the outskirts of the neighborhood are accessible to the entire population of Massy. Additionally, the Claudine Hermann middle school will open its doors this fall to welcome 800 students. The neighborhood will feature over 1,000 housing units designed for families across all generations, two-thirds of which are already occupied. The commercial tenants will be located next to an already operating bakery and convenience store. The spaces are just a 5-minute drive from the intermodal station (bus, RER, and TGV) and a 20-minute walk. Furthermore, a tram-train station is being built adjacent to the site, which will connect Evry to Versailles.
