Peter Turchin, Vice Chairman
Peter Turchin is a Vice Chairman with CBRE focusing solely on owner representation in New York City.  As the longest standing member and co-leader of the firm’s Agency Group, Mr. Turchin has become known throughout the city as a specialist for building repositions and ground up construction.  His notable agency projects include towers 250 West 55th Street, Times Square Tower, The New York Times Building, and 3, 4 and 7 at World Trade Center.  Mr. Turchin has been awarded as a Top Leasing Broker from Co-Star every year since 2004.  As a licensed attorney, Mr. Turchin’s combined legal and business background has proven to be a major advantage in arranging, structuring and negotiating transactions.  Mr. Turchin is also active in the real estate community, regularly teaching internal classes and continuing education classes for the Real Estate Board of New York.  He also has regular appearances on Bloomberg News and The Stoler Report.
Brett Shannon, Senior Vice President
Since joining CBRE in 2011, Brett has worked on over 4 million square feet of transactions on both the landlord representative and tenant representative sides of the business. Having worked on a number of larger transactions and spent years as a member of CBRE’s Consulting Group, Brett has refined both his financial analytic and technical skills and is adept at approaching complex deal structures. Eric Deutsch, Vice Chairman
Eric Deutsch is a Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office where he has worked since 2002. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Deutsch was a Senior Director at Cushman Wakefield.
