Carter Distribution Center (CDC) is Fort Worths newest master planned industrial park located 1 mile from the southeast quadrant of I-35W and I-20. The first phase consists of four buildings totaling 3 million square feet on 145 net acres; all accessible to the UP main line via Fort Worth Western Rail Road, the short-haul provider. Phase II will consist of another 620 acres which will accommodate another 7 million square feet of industrial buildings and is rail accessible as well.CDC I Building A, is a 615,000, square foot rail served bulk distribution warehouse. The building is divisible to 150,000 SF, 32 clear height, 52x50 column spacing, 420 deep front loader rail-severed, 60 bay on dock-high and rail side, ESFR sprinkler system, 190 truck courts, 2 ramps, 77 dock doors, 24 rail doors - 60 O/C and 89 trailer parking spots. CDC has Triple Freeport exemption and FTZ available.
