Utah is one of the strongest markets in the country both in terms of real estate and employment and this Walgreens location is at the intersection of two of the states most heavily traveled streets with approximately 50,000 vehicles per day passing by. There are several contributing factors to the traffic: The 800 North/Hwy 52 exit of the 15 Freeway is down the street from the Walgreens and just about everyone traveling from the north and south of the area passes by the intersection when traveling to Park City and the Sundance resort. Furthermore, 800 North/Hwy 52 is one of the main traffic arteries used to reach the BYU campus in nearby Provo, UT. As mentioned above, sales are likely to increase with the transfer of prescriptions to this store from the former Rite Aid/Walgreens closing up the street.
