Located just a few blocks west of the Bishops Arts District, the property is in an area that has re-purposed the original buildings with a mix of new retail stores and restaurants. Our building, originally used as an auto repair shop, sits on 810 W Davis. It is an open shell with 15' clear space below the ceiling trusses and has 2 large bay doors. One bay faces Davis and the other, in the rear of the building, faces 7th Street. The adjacent lot, 805 W 7th Street, is a concrete pad for parking that can enter/exit from either Street. The two lots have executed Parking and Unity Agreements that allow for parking and building code considerations.
The Mardi Gras parade goes down Davis Street and gets bigger and better each year. We have allowed the Winnetka Heights neighborhood association to build their float in our space the last two years. Great fun.

The City of Dallas has taken Bids for the street and sidewalk improvements that will place a 12' sidewalk on Davis with trees, benches, street lamps and bike racks. Work is scheduled to begin in August, 2018
