Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Directly across from our plaza is the Police Station and courthouse. Just blocks down the street we have the Tolleson High School and Tolleson Elementary School with residential buildings within a 1/4 mile of Tolleson High Street Plaza. We are surrounded by distribution centers with high employment, to mention a few; Just down the street is the Manheim Auto Auction, Circle K Distribution, QT Distribution, all the smaller ones surrounding, Bose Speakers Distribution, Auto Zone Distribution, 3- Amazon Warehouses each over 1 million square feet, Home Depot Distribution, and JBS (largest employer with 1500) are all within a mile of High Street Plaza. A large SRP office just down the street. Also, there are two huge distribution centers located on the NE corner of 83rd & Van Buren. Each of the buildings are one million square feet (one is constructed, and we are hearing that it will house Amazon in the near future), two additional buildings will be 500,000 square feet and a 250,000-square foot building. All of these industrial opportunities are driving residences to the area to house the influx of employees.
