Property Overview
The 86 Haussmann is a real estate complex consisting of different buildings that have undergone various phases of construction. The 86 was built from 1862 to 1865, shortly after the opening of this section of the eponymous boulevard, while the 88 was completed in 1931 based on the plans of architects Lucien and Jean Viraut for the insurance company Union et Phénix Espagnol, to establish its headquarters there. The 86 Haussmann features a typical Haussmannian facade of corner buildings from that era, with a dome topped by a statue. The building was restructured in 2003 by architect Jean-Jacques Ory, who preserved the street-facing facades but demolished most of the old structure to rebuild a building with a fully glazed facade in the courtyard. The 86 was also raised. Since 2024, Archibuild has been involved in a light renovation project to restructure the base into a duplex around the auditorium and a set of meeting rooms. A monumental staircase, installed in the hall under a triple-height glass roof, creates a generous and bright access. The technical spaces of the first basement have been converted into a lobby, cafeteria, and meeting rooms, resulting in a service duplex bathed in light. The first parking level is transformed into a soft mobility zone, with comfortable locker rooms for sporty users. The final delivery is scheduled for 2026.
